Service Cancellation
- Service cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to business@takshitsolutions.com.
- Cancellations are only considered if requested within 48 hours of placing the service order and no development work has started.
- Once project execution has commenced, no cancellation requests will be accepted.
Refund Eligibility
- No refund for completed services, digital products, domain registrations, or third-party integrations.
- If the project is canceled by us, a full or partial refund (as applicable) will be credited within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be made only to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Consulting, strategy, and initial setup charges are non-refundable.
- Any work completed before cancellation will be deducted from the refund.
